Headlight Dancing

Look at the title. It doesn't make sense, does it?
I know.
I didn't understand too at first.

This is an American way of having fun.

Ingredients :
A car
Friends
CDs of amazing party songs
Car light
Stop sign (the street sign)
Can only be done at night

How to do headlight dancing :
Drive your car into a neighborhood
Find a stop sign
Stop your car just beside the stop sign
Turn your amazing party song CD on, put it on high volume
Turn your car light
Do party moves in front of your car light
Do it for a short moment, return into your car
Repeat the instructions until you feel happy

Aftermath :
It's...not describable. Well, at least my American friends are freaking happy doing this.
